As a lifelong resident of Summit County, Ohio and a graduate of Manchester High School, Chandra earned her B.A. Magna Cum Laude in criminal justice and psychology from Baldwin Wallace College.  While at Baldwin Wallace, Chandra found her love of law while interning at the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office.  She earned her J.D. Cum Laude from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 2007.

After graduating law school, Chandra immediately began running a successful practice when she took over for her mentor William E. Howard, when he retired at the end of 2017.  January 1, 2018, Howard, Muster, & Associates began.  While engaging in solo practice, Chandra handled a multitude of legal matters, including but not limited to domestic, juvenile, criminal, landlord tenant, and bankruptcy cases.  Chandra also worked as a Guardian ad Litem in the Summit County Court from 2010 – 2023.

Being at Melissa Graham-Hurd & Associates will allow Chandra to immerse herself again in domestic relations practice and gives Chandra an opportunity to guide clients through sometimes complex legal matters with caring and heart.

Chandra is a member of the Akron Bar Association and the Ohio Bar Association.  She is also licensed to practice in the Northern District of Ohio, Federal Court.  Chandra was recently certified as a Parent Coordinator.

In her spare time, Chandra enjoys spending time with family, her dogs, and reading.
